Dr. Minor recently completed her sleep fellowship training and is excited to serve the Kentucky community. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Louisville followed by residency in general pediatrics at the University of Texas. Despite enjoying general pediatrics, she realized she missed treating patients of all ages, especially regarding foundational pillars of health such as sleep. Therefore she then completed her combined adult and pediatric sleep medicine fellowship at the #1 respiratory hospital in the nation, National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado before returning home to Louisville.
She remains passionate about foundational health issues with a special interest in interrelatedness of diet and sleep disorders in both children and adults. As such she continues her education via the University of Kentucky School of Medicine Applied Nutrition graduate program.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and young children in Prospect, KY as well as her extended family in Lebanon and Lexington, KY.
