Sleep Wellness

Sleep is important?

During sleep is where our body repairs, rejuvenates, and restores. Our brain clears out waste protein that may promote dementia otherwise. Our learning and memories are reinforced during sleep. We secrete factors that guide our endocrine and immune systems during sleep. We grow in our sleep (growth hormone secretion). Our brain and body need enough deep sleep to optimize performance and prevent illness and disease.
